Take a Look Into Your Future at Pacifica Continental Your role and main responsibilities: Contracts Area – Analyze, review, and prepare drafts of contracts and related documents of varying complexity; Participate in contract review and negotiate directly with our clients globally; Oversee the contract drafting phases, ensuring proper formalization and renewal, with reporting. Legal Consulting – Provide general legal advice and support on labor and employment law within a wide range of issues in various countries; Assist the team with general legal consulting. Compliance – Support HR in procedures dealing with employee issues; Assist in managing external board relations, ensuring proper selection of external counsel and excellent quality of work; Participate in the adaptation and maintenance of current regulations, among others. Requirements: Graduating in Law School Knowledge of International Private Law Strong communication and relationship skills; Advanced English – Spanish knowledge will be a plus; Excel advanced knowledge Knowledge of other languages and international experience are desirable; Business oriented mindset Highly organized and detail-oriented; Proactive, analytical and hands-on profile; Ability to work independently and with ownership of the area.
