I - INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

We collect some types of information to fulfill Dashr® purpose: to connect top performers with reputable companies looking to find the best people to join their team. This way, we care about offering the very best available in the market, as well as constantly improving our service for you.

For this purpose, Dashr® is very conscious about Privacy, knowing that the General Data Protection Law - LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) came to protect the personal data and sensitive personal data of the natural person in Brazil, also called the data subject.

According to the LGPD, "personal data" is any data that identifies or makes identifiable a natural person. And "sensitive personal data" is that which, by its nature, concerns information that deserves greater care, especially for protection against discrimination.

The LGPD places in this classification of sensitive personal data about racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a union or religious, philosophical or political organization, data concerning health or sex life and genetic or biometric data, when linked to an individual.

II - TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

Personal Data

To allow for maximum functionality of the platform, including registration of your professional profile and application to job openings advertised, personal information must be shared and registration must be done by the USERs themselves.

In addition to other related information, the following data may be collected:

  • Full name and other personal information.
  • Professional background, such as area of work, profession, etc.
  • Contact information, such as e-mail address and phone number.Details regarding PcD and Inclusive positions.
  • Photos and recordings of professional interviews. Please review our Terms of Use.
  • Links to social networking sites, such as LinkedIn.
  • Geolocation data.
  • Pay stubs and other salary receipts.
  • Cookies and Usage Data. Please review our Terms of Use.

It is important that you know that it is the USER's responsibility to supply correct information and information of lawful origin, since Dashr® is not responsible for this verification.

If you are a legal minor (teenager) be sure to be assisted and have the permission of your guardian before applying for a position or filling out your resume. It is important to note that Dashr® only allows the inclusion of this type of profile for internship or Young Trainee positions, only for those between the ages of sixteen (16) and seventeen (17).

Under no circumstances are Children (defined here as under 16 years of age) allowed to join this platform, not taking any responsibility for Dashr® verification.

Sensitive Data

Dashr®, in the context of Recruitment and Selection, allows the USER to enter personal information and data, including those considered sensitive, such as photos, videos and other information for participation in selection processes for inclusive jobs positions, among others, as determined by law and provided in Article 5, II of LGPD.

The insertion of this information is not mandatory and will always be optional for the USER. However, it should be noted that, depending on the requirements of the selection process, it may result in the exclusion of the candidate from the possibility of occupying a particular professional position.

Its sharing with companies for selection processes must be done only to participate in selection processes, with the candidate's authorization and never for discriminatory purposes.

Dashr® pledges not to use such information for other purposes, as well as will do its best efforts to ensure that its clients use it only within the purposes provided for in the current legislation, including labor legislation. However, the final decision to hire is up to the advertiser company.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Please feel free to change the configuration of your electronic equipment, limiting the ways you can access this information. Otherwise, Dashr® cannot assume any responsibility for adapting the completeness of its platform.

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

III - USE AND PURPOSE OF DATA

Dashr® uses technology with the aim of matching qualified professionals with renowned companies.Dashr® does not charge candidates or USERS connected to its platform, nor does it allow third parties to charge them.

Dashr® compensation occurs by providing services to authorized companies, recruiters, or by providing advertising opportunity to advertisers who are interested in sponsoring their products and services to Dashr® candidates.

These are some of the purposes for which the data of the USERS of our platform are collected, and there may be other related additions:

  • Enable your participation in selective processes of Recruitment and Selection for job positions.
  • Include your data and your professional profile in the bank of candidates in companies that are seeking a profile like yours, facilitating the contact connection.
  • To contact you to inform and update about the progress of the selection processes you are participating in.
  • Allow client companies in Dashr® portfolio and recruiters to actively search for professionals like you, while respecting appropriate levels of privacy.
  • We may contact you occasionally to send you newletters, reminders, institutional communications, and other information that we believe may be useful to you during the process of finding your ideal professional position.

We may use your data in connection with our services for other lawful purposes and with your prior authorization or to fulfill obligations accessory to what we have already committed to you, including through the Terms of Use.

IV - TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE TRANSFER WITH NEW CONTROLLERS

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Belize and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Belize and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Dashr® will be the controller of your personal data, when entered through the site www.dashr.app or captured by one of its systems. In these cases, it is our responsibility to properly choose the legal bases consistent with the purposes set out in this policy, as well as directly respond to your requests regarding the rights provided for in the LGPD.

Your data may be shared with new controllers and companies authorized by Dashr® to use its systems or access its databases, always and specifically in the context of recruitment and selection or for communication, solely by Dashr®, of offers of products and services that may be of interest to or for candidates.

The new controllers, such as companies that advertise jobs, recruitment consultancies, as well as companies that want to screen Dashr® candidate database, may import or obtain your data, having the autonomy to communicate directly with you to conduct the selection process or to invite you to apply for other jobs and related topics. The final result for hiring is the responsibility of the authorized companies. Dashr® has no control over the conduct and decision of the selection processes or how new data controllers use this information beyond their systems and platforms.

We may also share your personal data with other companies that contribute to improve or facilitate the operations through the site, such as: database management tools, email management, internal and user service flows, among others. Dashr® commits to hire only suppliers that comply with the data protection legislation, by signing agreements or arrangements with specific clauses for this.

In cases where there is the need for international transfer of personal data to other countries, Dashr® undertakes to hire only suppliers and customers who adopt security measures and good practices compatible with the level of protection established by Brazilian legislation, as regulated by the National Authority of Personal Data (ANPD). In the absence of specific regulation, we commit to work only with companies adhering to other data protection standards, such as the European GDPR or American CCPA; or with companies whose contracts contain specific clauses for transfers with Dashr®; as well as to restrict the transfer only to what is strictly necessary to fulfill the obligations undertaken with you.

V - DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Legal Requirements

Dashr® (named as RECRUTANDO TALENTOS ONLINE LTDA.) - www.dashr.app may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To comply with a legal obligation.
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of Dashr® (named as RECRUTANDO TALENTOS ONLINE LTDA.) - www.dashr.app.
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.
  • To protect against legal liability.

VI - SECURITY OF DATA

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

To protect the personal data collected and to ensure the security of our systems, we use technologies and procedures appropriate to the level of risk and the service provided, all in compliance with legal provisions, regulatory requirements, changes in technology, and other relevant factors that may influence data protection.

It is prohibited to use any device, software or other resource that will interfere with the activities and operations of Dashr®, both through the site and through other systems or databases.

If any intrusion, attempt or activity that violates or contravenes the laws of intellectual property rights and/or the provisions stipulated in this Policy and/or applicable laws is identified, including the LGPD, the person responsible will be subject to the applicable sanctions, whether they are in law or provided for in this document. The responsible party shall also compensate for any damage caused.

VII - SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

VIII - LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

IX - CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 (sixteen) ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16 (sixteen). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We emphasize that the collection of data from people between 16 (sixteen) and 17 (seventeen) years of age is only allowed when dealing with jobs specifically intended for Young Trainee or Interns.

X - DATA DELETION REQUEST

To delete your personal data from the Dashr® Platform, please go to the Candidate Area and request automatic exclusion of your profile or request directly to our organization through our communication channels.

XI - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
